We make every effort to help our patients maximize their dental insurance benefits. We are happy to submit dental claims on behalf of our patients, just keep in mind that dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company or the dental insurance company and the patient’s employer. Most of the time, we can accept a dental insurance plan even if we are not listed as a participating provider. Please check with your dental insurance company to see if we are “In-Network” or “Out-of-Network”. If we are not in your dental insurance provider network, you will need to check with that company to see if your dental insurance plan allows you to see a dentist outside of the provider network.
Per the Financial Agreement that you will sign with our office, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. This includes payment for estimated co-pays, deductibles and services that are not covered by dental insurance. If a procedure is not covered by dental insurance or if a patient does not have dental insurance, we offer a discount. We do not provide in-house financing, but we do accept: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards and Discover cards for payment. We also offer special financing through Care Credit. Please visit their website for more information.
